How do I determine my size?

Sizing is determined first by height and then weight.

If you are unsure, take the measurement of the widest part of your chest/belly to determine if you need the expandable 54″ inch bag.

• 40″ designed for individuals 5′ to 5’6″ tall/under 180lbs
• 48″ designed for individuals 5’7″ to 6’2″ tall/under 220lbs
• 54″ is designed for individuals 5’10” and up/under 300lbs
